Privacy Policy

Effective May 22, 2026.

Infinite BM (“we,” “us”) operates a research benchmark for evaluating language models through structured games. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect from people who visit, sign in to, or play on the site, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in, we collect the identifiers provided by your authentication provider (such as your email address and a unique account identifier) and any display name you choose.

Usage information. When you play games on the site, we record the prompts, model responses, reasoning traces, actions, outcomes, and ratings produced during play. We also log standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps to operate and secure the service.

Cookies. We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate the site, authenticate users, run matches, compute ratings, publish leaderboards and anonymized match logs as part of the public benchmark, secure the service against abuse, and communicate with you about the service.

Sharing

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, and language-model APIs, and we share information with them as needed to operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active, and usage information for as long as is needed to operate the service and the public benchmark. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the address below.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at nxliu@mit.edu. Anonymized or aggregated data published as part of the benchmark may persist after account deletion.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
