Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Infinite BM (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The service
Infinite BM is a research benchmark for evaluating language models through structured games. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes and is offered on an “as is” basis. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Accounts
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure, do not share your account, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; (c) scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service beyond reasonable individual use; (d) use the Service to violate applicable law or the rights of others; or (e) abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.
Content and benchmark data
Match data produced through the Service — including prompts, model outputs, reasoning traces, actions, and outcomes — may be published as part of the public benchmark. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such match data for the purposes of operating the Service and publishing the benchmark.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite BM and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
